Six Triple Eight is inspired by the first and only colored unit of the Women’s Army Corps that served overseas during World War II. Although they faced racism and sexism, as well as grueling working conditions, they were determined to serve their country with honor and glory. With extraordinary mission and determination, these unsung heroes inspired hope and broke down walls.
